Then it's time to site back - hit the play button and join in the show. Don't get too relaxed though because we want to hear from you. We've added a few tools to the site so that you can join in.
We've always got Facebook open somewhere in the studio, so if you like you can send us a facebook request or leave a comment in Rob's facebook Page.
Alteratively, you can always use the chat frame at the bottom of the page, or better still - why not open up skype and send us a chat request, we'll be happy to hear what you have to say.
Simply click any of the buttons below to take you to what you want to do! Can't be easier than that. But please remember the Skype button only works if you actually have Skype installed and obviously have an account!
The music started here in the Highlands, it was evicted with the clearances and arived in Appalachian, got its American acent and southern drawl, married Sister Blues went to Memphis for the reception and the rest is history. Special Guests - Red Hook Rapids
We'll also be having a special guest with us for the evening. Ally Macleod and Donald Forbes (Red Hook Rapids) will be joining us for the evening in the lead up to Ally's Album launch here at the GVCS on the 26th November.
So if you have a request for them or a question for them, then Sunday Nights alright for ... questions? (and answers). It's going to be an interesting night of chat, music and live performance. ProducerMark has his work cut out for him keeping all the elements together and making sure it al runs smoothly, but with a little help from the Heather Systems he should be fine. So if you like your music live, and you like your "Country Blues & Beyond" served up like warm apple pie - then this is the show for you.
We're all looking forward to it, and we can't wait to see what happens!
Tools for the show
On the right you should see our "Chat With Me" Skype button. When you click on this it will access Skype and call you in to the studio. It may ask to add us to your contact list depending on your settings so you may have to add us to your list, but don't worry we want be calling you - it's strictly incoming calls only!
You'll see our Skype status also on the right, so you'll know when we're live! It will turn green, which means we're on line.
Facebook.com/MSIRLIVE - The facebook button on the right will take you to our Facebook Fan Page where we'll be trying our best to keep a chat thread going, but we will be inviting people to try there best to join us here in the chat below. But we know how some folks can't tear themselves away from "The Big Face" so we'll pop in and read your messages in there.
Underneath here is our Flash Chat Module, just give yourself a name and type us your message. We'll keep an eye on it as best we can, or just chat with anyone else who comes along.
FINALLY. If you haven't figured it out already, in order to listen to the show, simply pick your player and either the white 128k high bandwidth stream button, or the black 64k low bandwidth stream buttons at the top of the page, your player will open up and your listening. But as if that wasn't enough, you can also listen to the stream from our Facebook Fan Page too by clicking on the "Click to listen Live" link on the left of the Facebook Page menus... Phew! ...
Have we missed anything! - EMAIL...you can email us too - station@internetradio.co.uk - but I doubt we'll be checking that much with everything else that's going on, but we will check it for requests and comments! ... DONE!
