The Campbells Are Coming - (least Glen Junior is)

DILLON CAMPBELL ‘S NEW E.P. SAVE YOURSELF SET FOR RELEASE ON
TOMORROW
Glen Campbell’s Son 4-Song Sampler Available Online and at Live Shows from The Forthcoming Full-Length, Journals for the Brokenhearted
LOS ANGELES, CA. (MONDAY AUGUST 30, 2010) – Dillon Campbell (www.dilloncampbellmusic.com), son of the legendary musician Glen Campbell announced today that he will be releasing a 4-song E.P. entitled Save Yourself tomorrow - Tuesday August 31, 2010 on Silver Zipper Records.
Save Yourself, actually a sampler of tracks from Campbell’s forthcoming release, will be available digitally at all major online retailers and physically at live dates only. While there is no firm release date for Campbell’s sophomore full length, Journals for the Brokenhearted, his E.P. features a spectrum of tracks that are diverse as they are different. From ragtime to indie rock, Campbell isn’t a musician to play it safe or even straight-ahead. While lyrically dark, Save Yourself is sonically somewhere between the rough and ready Dinosaur Jr. and the shiny glimmer of Paul Williams.
Tracks included on the E.P. are:
1. Save Yourself
2. Maureen
3. Absence of Lies
4. Ragtime
Currently, Dillon Campbell is rehearsing with a new backing band and plans to perform live dates in Southern California shortly.
