Huge thanks for all the support over the last year - 2010 had so many highlights. Music wise these included my first solo UK headline tour (which culminated in a moving and special sold out homecoming sold out show at Norwich
Arts Centre), my second Bob Harris BBC Radio 2 session and also live sessions and interviews on BBC Radio Bristol and BBC Surrey, some really fun shows in NYC, NJ and CA with some dear musician friends, songs featured on compilation records (including Live Your Life the featured video) and the release of my first live album, Lisa Redford Live in December. and music that she penned, but also for the feelings that drive her
creativity and the world that inspires them. You can almost feel
the audience hanging on every word that drifts towards them from the stage.

 

I had some wonderful trips to beautiful New Hampshire and Southern California ~ cruising down Route 66 with the sun beating down and seeing Joshua Tree at sunset will be memories forever etched in my mind! Also seeing some fantastic shows of my favourite bands in NY including Kings of Convenience, Hot chip, The Whitest Boy Alive and Teenage Fanclub and Belle and Sebastian on a balmy night at Williamsburg Waterfront.

I am so excited to have lots of brand new hooky and heartfelt songs so here's hoping I can soon record the next release and make 2011 memorable too :-)
