Described by legendary BBC DJ Bob Harris as "one of our finest singer/songwriters" Lisa is a versatile female artist from the UK who divides her time between the US and UK having recently gained a prestigious Artist Visa and US publishing deal. Influenced by artists such as Ryan Adams, Neal Casal, Josh Rouse, Mindy Smith, Shawn Colvin, Rosie Thomas, Alison Krauss and Hem, her music has been described as delicate acoustic rootsy Americana with heartfelt lyrics, gorgeous melodies and stunning vocals.

She has released three acclaimed albums 'Slipstream'(2003), 'Lost Again'(2005) and 'Clouds with Silver' (2008) that have received glowing press and airplay across the world including Bob Harris's BBC Radio 2 shows. Her track 'Dragonfly' was played on his 'Best of British' special which featured the Best British songwriters and has also been featured in an independent film. Her version of Neal Casal's 'Fell on Hard Times' has also earned frequent plays on Bob's show. She has toured the UK and Europe and has a distribution deal for her albums with the UK's biggest independent distributors, Proper.

Among the many artists she has played shows with include Chuck Prophet, Glenn Tilbrook, Devon Sproule, Gina Villalobos, Jess Klein, Laura Veirs, Jesse Sykes, Eve Selis, The Handsome Family, Eileen Rose, The Arlenes, Boo Hewerdine, Peter Mulvey, Jeff Black, Mike Silver and Hot Club of Cowtown.

Maverick Feature and Review, Fatea Showcase Sessions, March Concert and Lisa Redford Live ~ Signed CD Copies Available!

Hey everyone! hope 2011 is treating you well so far. I had lots of radio airplay over the holiday period for New Year’s Day(which was also featured on the Alternate Root US magazine holiday sampler). The new remix of Call Me was played on BBC Introducing and there has been airplay in the US for NY Song a track which seems to touch so many people.
